Pro-Cleaners -- I called Ken because of his great Yelp reviews, and they were well-deserved. We had Ken clean two couches, three arm chairs, a sectional and three rugs, and all of them look spotless. He even got rust stains out of a rug that no one had been able to remove before. He obviously took a great deal of care and looked to see that every smudge and stain was removed. He spent 4 hours here working, and he put new drop cloths under each of our 8x10’ rugs so that the wooden floor wouldn’t get damaged. He left the drop cloths with us, too, so that our floors would stay safe while the rugs are drying. That’s good quality care. We’ll definitely use Pro-Cleaners again

I found Pro-Cleaners through great Yelp reviews. Our prior tenant had a dog who left the carpet with the worse urine smell imaginable. I called Ken who could have offered to clean the carpet, but clearly he has integrity in that he suggested we replace it instead Any attempts to clean would likely result in the odor eventually returning. Not only that, he spent ample time thoroughly investigating the condition of the carpet and exploring other options to salvage it. I’ve now got him in my contacts for future work for our rentals and home. Thanks Ken !!!

So first I never thought I’d be able to schedule something so close to the holidays but because Pro-Cleaners responded so quickly it saved a lot of time and hassle not waiting for a response. I was definitely slower to respond! It’s also immediately impressive to do business somewhere where they are using technology to everyones benefit and they are really using it not just saying they have it then nothing happens. I handled everything through yelp, email and text. Awesome. My carpets look great, it didn’t take long and I was totally comfortable with Ken in my house and trusted him completely. Ken is totally nice, very professional and I’m hiring him again next year. I would recommend him to anyone. I sincerely wish this guy all the success in the world.
